“Do you ship to other countries?”
Sorry, no. I used to, but no more. I only ship to USA locations. And by United States I mean only the fifty states. Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc. require special shipping and import requirements that are too much for me.
“This Covid-19 virus thing has destroyed our performance schedule. We might cancel – we might not. What is your return policy on rentals?”
I never charge any rental for any item that doesn’t make it onstage by opening night. No matter what the reason. I will charge for any damage, for blanks fired and for the cost of shipping.
“How long can I keep the rentals?”
Well, I have no limit. But I need to know what your final use date before I take your order. MORE INFO
“How do I order blanks for rental?”
When I see a rental for a blank firing gun, I always include blanks. Always. But you can help by giving me your best guess as to how many you’ll fire off. MORE INFO
“May I return sales items?”
You have 15 days from the day you receive a purchased product to let me know that you wish to return it.
“Do you accept purchase orders?”
I can accept them as a promise of payment, but I don’t use them to place an order. I will only ship out an order after you have filled out an online order form. MORE INFO
