FYI: You probably already know, but shipping costs went through the roof last year, and it’s only going to stay that way – or get worse. But I do want you to know that I always look for the least expensive shipping option for you, even to the way I package the items.
Every order, rental or sales, must come in through this order form, regardless of whatever purchase order requirements your theatre/school may require.
In many cases there may be some dialogue before we determine if I’ll have what you need when you need it. Nonetheless, this form will greatly help you and me because it asks of you the information I need to process your order properly.
But while I am more than happy to answer any and all questions you may have, I do not provide packing slips, pre-invoices, formal quotes or written estimates. Invoices are sometimes mailed out AFTER the items have been shipped. You might get your invoice from a day to a couple of weeks after you receive the boxes. Does your school/theatre require a completed invoice before an approved purchase order can be submitted before items can be ordered and shipped? Then I am not the supplier for you. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I just don’t have the staff to do anything but take your order, build your order, ship your order, and then invoice the order, in that order.
Writing up the invoices has no relation to when the orders go out or come back. Each week I have however many orders that have to go out, and my focus is on getting them to my clients as quickly as possible, preferably before opening night. Paperwork, not as time sensitive, happens at night or on weekends. But if there are a lot of orders, the nights and weekends go to prepping shipments, so I get further behind on paperwork. And if I’m working on a show, nights and weekends are gone as well.
Let me put that another way: getting the props out happens with a pot of coffee, black. Paperwork happens with a bourbon, neat.
In a perfect world, the invoice would be mailed out on the same day the order gets shipped out. I haven’t lived in that world for decades.

Please fill out and submit the form (be sure to hit the “Submit Order Form” button on the bottom) and I will respond back usually within a day (maybe less, rarely more) to discuss any questions you or I may have. If the form goes through, you’ll see a confirmation of that right about here. If you don’t see that confirmation, send an email immediately and I’ll get back to you. )
